On Thursday (17/4/2025) at (10.00) am in the hall (Seminar) a workshop was presented by  (Lecturer. Nyan Jaafar Hassan) entitled (Criminal Responsibility for the Harms caused by artificial intelligence) for teachers of College of Administration and Economics.

A workshop on artificial intelligence criminal liability will discuss the legal challenges posed by (AI) systems, particularly given the inability of traditional laws to keep pace with this growth. It highlights the difficulty of determining who is criminally responsible when damage occurs: the programmer, the producer, or the user? It also raises the question of whether the AI ​​itself can be held accountable as a legal person.

ڕۆژی پێنج شەممە بەرواری (١٧/٤/٢٠٢٥) کاتژمیر(١٠.٠٠) سەرلەبەیانی لە هۆڵی (سیمینار) وۆڕک شۆپێک لەلایەن بەڕێز (م. نیان جعفر حسن)بە ناونیشانی ( بەرپرسیارێتی تاوانکاری بۆ زیانەکانی بەهۆی زیرەکی دەستکرد) بۆ مامۆستایانی کۆلێجی کارگێڕی و ئابووری پێشکەش کرا. وۆرک شۆپێک لەسەر بەرپرسیارێتی تاوانکاری زیرەکی دەستکرد باس لە تەحەددای یاسایی دەکات کە سیستەمەکانی (ئەی ئایی) دروستی دەکەن، بەتایبەتی بە لەبەرچاوگرتنی بێتوانایی یاسا تەقلیدییەکان بۆ هاوسەنگی لەگەڵ ئەم گەشەسەندنەدا. تیشک دەخاتە سەر سەختی دیاریکردنی ئەوەی کێ بەرپرسیارە لە ڕووی تاوانەوە کاتێک زیان ڕوودەدات: پرۆگرامەر، بەرهەمهێنەر، یان بەکارهێنەر؟ هەروەها پرسیارێک دەوروژێنێت کە ئایا دەتوانرێت (ئەی ئایی) خۆی وەک کەسێکی یاسایی لێپرسینەوەی لەگەڵدا بکرێت.
